    From 5:00am to 9:00pm on Wednesday, July 22, walk to the West Harbour James St Plaza to celebrate the longest day of the year with wellness, community, and arts programming. Activities include sunrise and sunset yoga overlooking Hamilton Harbour, meditation, breathwork, mobility and fitness workshops, sound baths, arts and crafts, venders, and local performances.

  • Brott Music Festival: The Lark Ascending
