With the summer season fast approaching, we would like to provide an update from Harbour West Marina.
We are now fully operational in our new office and storage location at 210 Hillyard St. Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00am until 4:00pm. Our marina office staff are available to help with any slip selection, storage or account needs. Our office phone number remains the same. You can reach us at (905) 525-3622.
In January a message was sent to all Harbour West customers to select a slip at our newly laid out marina. The slip map is available here and slip request form available here. If you have not yet selected a slip or are a new customer looking for a slip, please select one as soon as possible to get your preferred location. If you require any assistance selecting a slip, please don’t hesitate to contact our office during business hours.
For customers who have already selected a slip, we have started to process and send out invoices. To serve you better and to reduce paper usage we have started sending our invoices electronically. If you have provided us an email address you can expect your invoice to arrive shortly direct to your inbox. Invoices will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org so please be sure you white list this address as not to miss your invoice or any other important information. If you have not provided us an email, you will receive your invoice in the mail in the next few weeks.
The City of Hamilton and their contractors are continuing work on the newly renovated marina. Sections of the dock structure are in the water and the layout is beginning to take shape. At this point all indications are the marina will be ready for the spring launch.
